As someone who never owned a sauna previously, I did a lot of research and decided to purchase the Rainelle at Almost Heaven - and I'm 100% happy with my decision. Listed as a 4 person sauna, there's plenty of room for my wife and me to be comfortable with plenty of space. A 3rd person would be ok, but a 4th would be too crowded for us.
I placed my order with Kalyn, as she was very helpful with my questions. In subsequent calls, every person I've spoken with at Almost Heaven has been eager and able to help with their extensive knowledge. Everything throughout was very pleasant and smooth, including the delivery. I am very impressed with this company and this product.
My sons helped me assemble the sauna (we're not super handy), and it took about 3 hours. If we had to do it again, it would take less than 2 hours, I'm sure. The quality of the materials is outstanding. The instructions are good, but some of the images are out of order, and that was a little confusing. Overall, it was pretty smooth.
Once the sauna was constructed, an electrician hooked up the heater with no problems. We have the 8kw wall heater, and it reaches 170 degrees in about 20 minutes. We bought the floor kit, and we're very happy we did. Also, my son gave us the accessories kit as a gift, which is awesome.
If you're looking for an indoor sauna for your home, I highly recommend the Rainelle. All day, I look forward to getting in there because it's absolutely fantastic.

From doing all of my research into indoor to outdoor saunas we decided on the Almost Heaven's indoor Rainelle 4 person sauna. Start to finish with the purchase to completion everything was very smooth. There was good communication on the build of the sauna to being shipped and when to expect it to arrive. The create was well packed and secured nicely. With all the pieces laid out and the tool list that was included in the instructions I began to put together the sauna. The fit to finish was very good and the quality of materials was excellent. 3 1/2hrs later with the help of my wife we finished minus connecting the heater. That was taking our time and making sure it was done right. The one and only flaw was the instructions manual. The illustrated pictures did not match per instructions numbering. Not a big deal it just took a little more time to complete. So glad we went with the 4 person Rainelle because it fits 2 people comfortably. 4 would work but it would be tight. This is our opinion only. We were glad we had purchased the floor kit for it, because that really completes the whole sauna look. Now to the operation of the sauna. 4 months into it and it works awesome. 8k heater warms to 150' in 15min. We have spent hours and hours in it and love it. Great investment for us.

I've only had this sauna a week but I have used it every day and LOVE it. It arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. My husband put it together and had it wired in about 4 hours. It heats up really quickly and gets HOT. We were missing part of the LED light kit, but when I contacted Almost Heaven, they sent the part out we needed right away. A couple of things I don't like, I didn't realize it didn't come with a floor, so I went ahead and ordered the floor kit. It says 4 person, but I think it would be pretty uncomfortable for 4 people. Its more of a 3 person, tops. That was part of the reason why I got this over the 2-3 person model because that one seemed too small for 2 people. Overall, I'm really happy with it and hope to get a lot of use out of it!

I ordered my Rainelle four-person sauna and it arrived on time, but then I had to wait two months for installation (I am not at all handy). In the interim, I built up some huge anticipation, hopes, and expectations -- and wow, I am not disappointed. I love the design, which is simple and classic. It feels somehow like the "real thing," The wood itself, as well as styling and details are beautiful. It heats up more quickly than I expected, with two straightforward knobs, and gives the full sauna experience. This four-person model has plenty of room on both benches to lie down, which is more relaxing and adds to the sense of luxuriousness. All in all, it is very conducive to relaxation, and to a sense of release from the world with all its forms of tightness! I already look forward to my sauna time all day.

After extensive research and the wonderful input from Kalyn we purchased the Rainelle 4 Person Indoor Sauna and absolutely love it. The quality of this sauna exceeded our expectations, and the kit was very easy to put together. Went with a full glass door, rustic red cedar and an 8KW heater which heats the room up fast. We would highly recommend Almost Heaven Saunas.
