One of the most frequent questions we receive at Almost Heaven Saunas concerns our method of shipping.  When you order any one of our Barrel Sauna or other Cedar Saunas, the entire sauna will come to you packaged on a single pallet.

Barrel Sauna Delivery

Depending on the model, the sauna will come in several boxes that contain the partially assembled components.  We ship all of our saunas “curb-side” with a lift-gate for ease of unloading.  Set-up time again depends on the model, but will range from 2-4 hours, and in a short time you will be enjoying the significant health benefits of a traditional cooperage style sauna by Almost Heaven Saunas!  Almost Heaven Saunas manufactures the highest quality sauna on the market today!  Contact 888-355-3050 for additional information!

A recent purchaser of a Barrel Sauna called concerning placement of his Almost Heaven barrel sauna in his home.  He was unable to get the round barrel end sections to fit down his low stairway opening.  His question was whether the barrel ends could be disassembled in order to allow them to fit down the stairs.

For this customer and any others who are trying to bring the barrel ends through a low entry, the answer is yes, the end sections can be disassembled.  Simply use a torque head drive to remove the screws in the horizontal 2×4′s and you will be able to separate the end into multiple sections.  Once the pieces are brought to the placement location, simply reassemble the ends using the same screw holes.  Everything will fit perfectly!

We are currently requiring a full six weeks to produce and ship sauna kit orders, and in some cases it is longer than that depending upon product options and shipping region.  We would ask that you work with your dealer or sales agent well in advance so that you can place your order and have it arrive in time for your home or garden project.  We are producing as fast as we can, but you will appreciate that we will not sacrifice quality under any circumstance!

Convenient Lift-Gate Service

When you receive drop-shipments of Almost Heaven Saunas to your home, the trucking company will deliver with a truck using a lift-gate.  This curb-side delivery is standard with every Almost Heaven Sauna, and makes receipt of your Barrel Sauna, Modern Sauna, or Silo Sauna an easy process.  The carrier will call you for an appointment, pull up in front of your driveway, and lower the sauna for easy unloading.  When you order an exceptional sauna you can expect exceptional service as well!
