New Elk Grove, CA Installation

Almost Heaven Saunas receives frequent photos of new Barrel Sauna installations, and we like to share these so that new and prospective customers can get ideas for their own sauna installations!  This particular installation is a new Barrel Sauna that was installed in Elk Grove, California.  This is a nice, clean installation, and it is obvious from the tight fit of the staves that the customer did a terrific job in assembling his sauna!

Properly assembled, the Barrel Sauna will shed water very nicely.  However, sometimes customers create there own solutions that fit in with their backyard decor and at the same time accent our stylish sauna.  Such is the case with the customer who submitted this picture of his Almost Heaven Barrel Sauna.  Very stylish and very creative!

One of the highlights of my job is when I receive photos of new Almost Heaven Saunas installations!  It is always fun to see what people do to accent and highlight their sauna settings, especially those that become part of the landscape. Almost Heaven Barrel Saunas in particular are great for enhancing backyard and garden renovation projects as they are so charming in their design.

Here you can see that this San Jose customer built a custom arbor with roof to cover the sauna.  It provides shelter, cool-down seating, and a degree of privacy, all while creating a beautiful backyard focal point.

Custom Barrel Sauna

We are very proud of this particular installation!  This is a custom Barrel Sauna that is installed in France.  It is a 10′ long Barrel Sauna with a custom wood door and external porch.  The setting is absolutely stunning and you can see that much planning went into this installation.

Sauna Installation in Washington

One of our most popular sauna models is the 4-person Canopy Barrel Sauna.  It is both versatile and attractive, and provides the prefect compliment to the backyard landscaped setting.  Here you see a beautiful installation of a Canopy Barrel that is located in Washington State.  The unit sits on a cement pad built to the exact footprint of the support cradles.  The stepping stones are a great idea as they prevent dirt from being tracked into the interior of the sauna.  Also, this particular unit was ordered wtih the optional Wooden Door, complete with custom window.
